The Rogers County Building is on the edge of the Parking Lot to the West across from the Claremore Expo Center building.

Schedule of Events:

Doors will open at 6:15PM

Please arrive early for check-in and to pick up your name tag and raffle tickets.

7:00PM – Dinner, followed by the program

A selection of entrees, sides, and deserts will be provided by Front Porch Bakery & Smokehouse Catering of Claremore.

Announcement : TX9W Marquesas Islands DXpedition – starts April 19

Featured Presentation: The 9U1RU – Burundi DXpedition by Hal Turley – W8HC, a veteran DXpeditioner who has operated from NH8S – Swains, K9W – Wake, VK9WA – Willis, K5P – Palmyra, VP6R – Pitcairn, JW0A – Svalbard, 9G4X – Ghana, KH8RRC – American Samoa, CB0ZA, Juan Fernandez, 9U1RU – Burundi, and many others.

OKDXA Raffle – We will do a raffle for prizes. OKDXA members are encouraged to bring at least one item to donate as a prize. Any one else can donate a prize if you like. This is the only fund-raising event we do as a club. Please buy some raffle tickets. Any additional financial donations to the OKDXA are welcomed and appreciated. This is how we raise money for the DXpeditions we support. Our thanks to DX Engineering, Tennedyne, and the Cubex Quads companies for prize donations. Thanks to Main Trading Company for special pricing on our Yaesu FT-710 Field Grand Prize.

Grand Prize – We will have a drawing for a new Yaesu FT-710 Field transceiver.
